Shipping policy

For standard orders within the U.S., we ship all of our work using secure, plain box packaging; it is quite discreet. Inside of the discreet box, you will be greeted by Ecotone's elegantly branded hand embossed packaging - ideal for gifting or future storage. 

Tracking on all orders is provided via Email.

Orders listed on our web stores are typically processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. 

Custom orders can take varying amounts of time based on the complexity of the piece.  Processing time will be the same once a customer is notified of the completion of their custom work via email.
