Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Ecotone accepts returns and exchanges on items in their original unworn condition only.  

Customers must contact Ecotone within 7 days of delivery for the return policy to be applicable.  Customers must ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

Ecotone does not accept cancellations on custom work, all deposits on custom work are non refundable once work has begun on a project.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we will not accept returns for:

  • Custom Orders
  • Personalized orders
  • Gift Cards

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will not be granted a return, but will be given an option to keep the original item.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ecotonejewelers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


 

Gift Exchanges

Ecotone is happy to exchange your unworn item for merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to arrange for an exchange.  The gift will need to be placed back in its original packaging with the receipt (if available) and sent back to Ecotone,

Your refund will be credited to you in the form of an Ecotone gift certificate for the original purchase price of the item.

We will not alert the original buyer that the item has been exchanged for a merchandise credit.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
